Gorham East-West Corridor

Feasibility Study

The Maine Turnpike Authority is a participant—along with MaineDOT, the communities of Gorham, Scarborough, South Portland, Westbrook and others as well as planning and environmental organizations—in a feasibility study of a Gorham East-West Corridor.

This project is a transportation and land use study of a corridor for a spur of the Maine Turnpike that might, subject to evaluation of this corridor and alternatives, provide an opportunity for a regional integrated transportation solution.
